Emtek 443 Interconnect Device
Emtek 443 Interconnect Device. Used with compatible handle sets and sideplate locksets to provide panic proof exit. With the interconnect device installed and the deadbolt locked, turning the inside knob or lever retracts both the lower latch and the deadbolt simultaneously. Compatible items will say "can be used with EMT-443 interconnect device" in the description. Handing must be specified and should match the handing of the lockset it is being used with.
